• VEP Application Process: No walk-in appointments are necessary. Contact us via phone or WhatsApp/email
• Payment Terms: All payments must be completed before we process your application. A receipt will be issued upon payment confirmation.
• Processing Time: Your application will be processed immediately upon receipt of payment details, and an official receipt will be provided.

Customers should indicate whether they prefer to:

1. a) Collect the RFID tag at designated collection points for installation (S$39 payable at collection counter), or
2. b) Receive it by mail via courier agency, Citi-Link Express and self-install the VEP tag (no further cost incurred).

• Provision of Personal and Vehicle Information: Customers must provide their personal and vehicle details via email or WhatsApp for the VEP application.
• Confidentiality and Personal Data Protection Authorization: After engaging our services, customers will receive an E-form to consent to the collection, storage, and use of their documents and information. All information will be utilized solely for VEP purposes and deleted after successful application. By using our services, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Customers must provide accurate information for the VEP application. If the application is rejected due to incorrect information provided by the customer, no refund will be issued.
